I like that the capsules are small and individually packaged. The vitamin dosage seems suitable for daily consumption. I received these as a gratis and tried them out. The taste is quite nice. They come in a chewy, gummy form which could potentially stick together, but I appreciate that they're individually wrapped. I often forget about them, and if I want to take them at night, due to their form, I absolutely have to eat them before brushing my teeth. Otherwise, I'd need to brush my teeth again. This makes me prefer tablets instead. Taking vitamin D together with magnesium can enhance their synergistic effects.
