  Pros

  I highly recommend this product! When you start feeling a canker sore or cold sore coming on, just spray it and it prevents it from getting worse, calming it down quickly. The sweet scent and taste make it easy for kids to use without any fuss. As an adult, I find myself using it quite often too!

  Cons

  The shelf life is quite short, and I often end up throwing away unused product. I wish they offered a smaller size option.

  Tip

  I use it before bed, but because it contains sugar, it can feel a bit sensitive where it touches. Make sure to spray towards the back of your throat, avoiding contact with your teeth.
