My friend was using this when they had a cold, so I tried it too and found it really nice. It has a sweet taste and is supposed to be good for the throat, so I spray it often. It's lightweight and easy to carry around. While it's not incredibly tasty, it's still palatable enough that my child uses it willingly. Some spray bottles tend to break easily, but Cenovis has a sturdy spray mechanism. It's a bit pricey. The spray nozzle isn't designed for deep throat application, so it can get messy around the opening.
