I decided to buy this as my eyes were feeling really dry with the change in seasons and the weather getting more arid I haven't found any major advantages yet, but I also haven't noticed any significant drawbacks. The small size of the capsules makes them easy to swallow. Often, larger pills can be difficult to take, but these are just the right size for comfortable consumption. Taking multiple supplements can feel overwhelming, but Anguk Lutein Mini is less daunting due to its small size. It's even smaller than a fingernail! I definitely notice a difference when I take lutein versus when I don't. The price is also quite reasonable, so I'll likely continue using it. I haven't found any drawbacks yet. If I notice any areas for improvement over time, I'll make sure to update my review.

I bought Anguk Lutein after hearing about its popularity. I've been taking it because my eyesight was declining and my eyes felt dry. The lutein capsules are smaller than other supplements and have a distinctive color, making them easy to spot. They're also smooth to swallow.
