The small size makes it easy to take alongside other supplements without feeling overwhelmed. I can't really tell a significant difference from the lutein I was taking before. Sometimes I worry that because they're so small, they might not be as effective. The tiny pills are easy to swallow and don't cause any discomfort, which is great.

Plus, the pills are so small, making them super easy to swallow! One inconvenience I found is that when you press on the pill packaging, it doesn't easily pop out. Instead, you have to manually pull it out, which can be a bit frustrating. Apparently, it's better to take this supplement during the day rather than in the evening. I'm taking these for my skin health. Thank you for making the pills an easy-to-swallow size. Since this isn't a product that shows results in just a day or two, it seems I'll need to take it consistently. The price is a bit of a burden for long-term use.
