There were not many major disappointments, but I may have to go to the bathroom more often or have diarrhea.

This is the most effective supplement I've personally used for weight loss. I've tried both the red and blue containers, but nothing has worked as well as this product! On days when I overeat, taking it is really helpful, and it's especially great to take before important appointments - I lose a decent amount of weight and am very satisfied with the results.
