Personally, this is the most effective supplement I've used for weight loss. I've tried both the red and blue containers, but nothing has worked as well as this! It's great to take on days when you overeat, and especially before important events - it really helps shed those extra pounds. I'm extremely satisfied with the results! It's great for quick weight fluctuations. When I take it after overeating, it definitely helps prevent excessive weight gain. It doesn't seem to work unless you combine it with exercise. I bought this for short-term management along with cleanse products. I lost 2 kilos in a short time, which was great! The price and the size of the pills are a bit of a concern. These two aspects make it a bit challenging to keep buying and taking them consistently.
