  Pros

  Easy to take. No unpleasant odor and individually wrapped for hygiene.

  Cons

  It's too expensive. I might understand if it was effective despite the high price, but for me, it had absolutely no effect. It was so pricey that I only tried a month's supply and considered buying more, but ultimately decided against repurchasing. I've found that simply eating less has been more effective for weight loss. It might work for menopausal women though...

  Since it's said to help those with low estrogen levels, it might be more beneficial for mothers approaching menopause.
