I found this product to be quite effective. The fermented elm bark extract seems to really help with reducing body fat. If you're curious, I recommend trying it in combination with exercise. Weight loss is a long-term journey, but considering the amount you get, this product was just too expensive. It's convenient to carry around and easy to take. That's definitely a plus... I stopped taking it because it wasn't effective... Just feels like a waste of money...

These are so easy to take and I love that they're odorless! I've noticed I'm more regular too. I've been taking this product for 3 months now, and while the effects aren't dramatic, I can definitely feel some benefits. That's why I'm sticking with it! The scent isn't overpowering, so it's comfortable to consume. Other than that, there's not much else to say. I didn't expect it to have any weight loss effects, but that's not even the main issue. It doesn't even help with bowel movements. Other products I've tried, while they might not help with weight loss, at least aided digestion. This one had no effects and no side effects - absolutely nothing. I loved that they come individually packaged in sets of six instead of in a bottle. It's so convenient for carrying them when I'm out and about! I took these consistently for three months while also exercising, but I didn't see much effect on fat reduction. Easy to take. No unpleasant odor and individually wrapped for hygiene. It's too expensive. I might understand if it was effective despite the high price, but for me, it had absolutely no effect. It was so pricey that I only tried a month's supply and considered buying more, but ultimately decided against repurchasing. I've found that simply eating less has been more effective for weight loss. It might work for menopausal women though... Since it's said to help those with low estrogen levels, it might be more beneficial for mothers approaching menopause.

If your goal is weight loss, don't buy this! There's no such thing as a miracle pill without consequences. Absolutely avoid relying on diet pills for weight loss - they're ineffective. While exercise might help you lose weight, this product didn't work for me at all.

I like that you just need to swallow two pills. I'm not sure about the effectiveness. But I think it's good that I don't rely on it too much. I think it might work well if combined with a proper diet.
