It seems to have a higher concentration of nutrients compared to regular multivitamins, and the convenient packaging makes it easy to take. The best part is how portable it is, which encourages me to take it regularly. I ordered this along with some probiotics, and it's been great. The individual packaging makes it perfect for taking on trips or when going out. There's not much to complain about, except perhaps the price is a bit on the higher side...

I tried them too, and the pills are quite small, so it's no problem at all to take them all at once. They come in individual packets, which is hygienic and makes them easy to carry around. I'd definitely recommend these to anyone who's often on the go! Since it contains lutein, some other vitamins are left out. If you feel you need additional minerals or other supplements, you might want to take those separately.
