While the individual packaging is nice, I think it would have been more convenient if they came in bulk packaging.

The capsules were soft, making them easy to swallow. I appreciated that they didn't have the typical fishy taste of omega supplements, which made them much more pleasant to take.

While I haven't noticed any dramatic effects, I believe it's gradually improving my skin, so I continue taking it. I appreciate that I can get three beneficial ingredients in one supplement.

Each blister pack contains 6 capsules, which feels like minimal packaging for the quantity. It's inconvenient to have multiple blister packs (overpackaging). The gelatin capsules tend to stick together, making it hard to store them all in one container. Having to remove the top part of the packaging every time I buy it is a drawback. I wish they would reconsider their excessive packaging.
