The capsules were soft, making them easy to swallow. I appreciated that they didn't have the typical fishy taste of omega supplements, which made them much more pleasant to take. While I haven't noticed any dramatic effects, I believe it's gradually improving my skin, so I continue taking it. I appreciate that I can get three beneficial ingredients in one supplement. It seems to slightly reduce eye dryness and stiffness, though the effect isn't dramatically noticeable. Still, it's better than not taking anything at all. The large size makes them a bit difficult to swallow. The improvement isn't particularly impressive.

I bought Green Monster because I heard lutein and zeaxanthin absorb better when taken with omega fatty acids, and it seemed like a good value for the price. Each blister pack contains 6 capsules, which feels like minimal packaging for the quantity. It's inconvenient to have multiple blister packs (overpackaging). The gelatin capsules tend to stick together, making it hard to store them all in one container. Having to remove the top part of the packaging every time I buy it is a drawback. I wish they would reconsider their excessive packaging. It seems beneficial to take these along with vitamins not included in this supplement. I also recommend taking them in the morning. I love that it combines lutein and omega-3. It's great that it also includes other vitamins! I've been taking these lately since I have to spend a lot of time on my laptop. After consistent use, I definitely feel like my eyes are less dry, so I make sure to take them whenever I remember. Compared to other lutein supplements I've taken before, which were all quite small, these are probably the largest pills I've ever had. I love that I can get multiple nutrients in one go! I take it every morning. The pill size is really too big, making it difficult to swallow in one go.
