The taste isn't bad. I bought some for my mom and tried it myself. It doesn't have an overly fishy or unpleasant flavor. You know, they also have this in mask form, right? I bought this as a protein supplement, but it's great that it also contains fiber which helps a bit with digestion. I love that it includes vitamin D and calcium too, so I don't need to take those separately to meet my daily recommended intake. The artificial milk powder taste is off-putting. It's one of the protein powders I have at home. I especially like it because it contains dietary fiber, so I can take care of two things at once. It had a bit of that characteristic fishy taste that some protein powders have.
