They're so portable that I keep one in my bag and eat them all the time They're so delicious. I used to enjoy them in bottles, but since they're not as heavy as bottles, I like them even more. The tiger illustration is so, so cute too. There's a message inside, so it feels like I'm getting a boost of energy every time I eat them. I think they'd also make a great gift. They're a powder type, but they have a nice sweet and sour taste and go down smoothly.
