It's convenient to carry around and I can definitely feel it helping with fatigue recovery. It seems to help ward off colds too, so I'm making sure to take it regularly. While the powder form makes it easy to take without water, it might cause stomach discomfort if taken on an empty stomach. I used to occasionally drink the liquid Vita 500 when I felt low on energy, but I recently received the daily stick version as a gift and tried it out. While the liquid form is good, this powder stick is much more convenient to carry around. Even though I got it as a gift, I'll definitely be stocking up on these to take regularly. If I had to mention one slight drawback... I wonder if it's really providing all the vitamins it claims, given how tasty it is? Apparently, it's safe for children and pregnant women to consume. You can take it without water - just eat it as is.

It's delicious! I used to drink it from bottles, but this is even better as it's not as heavy. The tiger illustration is super cute too. The little messages give me a boost every time I drink it. It would make a great gift as well. Despite being a powder, it has a nice sweet and tangy flavor that goes down smoothly. While the bottled version felt substantial, the stick format somehow feels less satisfying. I like that it's easy to take. I wasn't expecting major results, so I'm fairly satisfied. When I take it while studying, it seems to help me stay awake due to its energizing effect. I received these as a gift and tried them. The gummies have a delightful, chewy texture and taste great! As someone who already loves Vita500 drinks, I found these quite enjoyable too. I think they'd be even better if the flavor was a bit more intense. To be honest, I probably wouldn't buy them with my own money.
