ProsConsumption period:
I've been taking it occasionally for over 6 months! It's a bit of a hassle to take regularly, and I'm not a fan of the ginseng taste, so I just had it from time to time.
How I took it:
I used a small teaspoon to scoop out a portion and followed it with water! I usually had it after breakfast or dinner.
Effects after consumption:
My father said the tingling in his hands decreased after he started taking it! As for me, since I only took it occasionally, I'm not sure if I noticed any significant changes.
ConsInconvenience during consumption:
If I had to point out one minor drawback, it would be having to use a spoon every time you want to take it.
