Consumption period: I've been taking it occasionally for over 6 months! It's a bit of a hassle to take regularly, and I'm not a fan of the ginseng taste, so I just had it from time to time. How I took it: I used a small teaspoon to scoop out a portion and followed it with water! I usually had it after breakfast or dinner. Effects after consumption: My father said the tingling in his hands decreased after he started taking it! As for me, since I only took it occasionally, I'm not sure if I noticed any significant changes. Inconvenience during consumption: If I had to point out one minor drawback, it would be having to use a spoon every time you want to take it. - th*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 22, 2023
I usually make sure to take red ginseng regularly, and this brand is a bit more affordable compared to others. The taste is rich yet pleasant, without any off-putting flavors. It's versatile - you can mix it with water or take it straight, both ways work well. What I really appreciate is that it's 100% red ginseng extract without any artificial flavors, sweeteners, or colorings. The high ginsenoside content is another plus. Apparently, it's made using a four-stage low-temperature extraction and aging concentration technique. At first, I didn't notice much, but after about two weeks, I started feeling a gradual increase in energy. As I've gotten older, I've felt less energetic, so this seems to be good for boosting vitality. (It's more affordable than other brands and has a higher concentration than some well-known competitors.) Compared to other brands, the taste is a bit milder. Some other products have a sweeter, smoother flavor, while this one has a slightly more noticeable bitter taste. It's good to take once a day after meals or between meals. Personally, I sometimes mix it into yogurt instead of honey - it's not too sweet and works really well that way.
