It's convenient to take one packet at a time. When stress keeps you up at night and causes physical symptoms, taking this definitely helps you feel better. If you don't like the taste of powdered milk, you might have mixed feelings about this. That's the only potential downside. - me*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsSep 17, 2023
It had a pleasant milky flavor and was deliciously sweet, making it enjoyable to consume. I liked that instead of eating a large amount at once, it was better to have one packet twice. I'm not sure about its effectiveness. Since it was a gift, I didn't know the price, but it seems to be somewhat expensive. - ol*********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJul 22, 2023
I took two of these religiously every day. Effects: Whether it's a placebo or not, I felt less stressed while taking them. I'd say I was less tense overall. I usually have trouble sleeping due to high tension, but I slept peacefully and felt pretty good overall. Formulation: It's a common white powder form. Taste: It tastes like baby formula. If you like that flavor, you'll find it easy to take. Personally, I don't like the taste of baby formula, so that was disappointing for me. I think it would be better if it had a more universally appealing flavor that doesn't divide opinions. - dt******Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 17, 2023
When it comes to supplements, taste is really important to me, and this product is absolutely delicious! It has a milk or formula-like flavor that's pleasantly sweet. The taste might be a bit divisive, but it's convenient enough to take regularly. - al********Dry SkinInner DrynessJun 15, 2023
Rather than focusing on its effectiveness, I find it helps me sleep comfortably at night. Perhaps that's where its real benefit lies. To be honest, I'm not sure about its actual effects. However, I do appreciate that it helps me fall asleep more easily. - sl********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 1, 2023
I bought this because I was feeling really stressed at work and exhausted. While I can't say it's made a dramatic difference, I do feel like it's helping somewhat. There's nothing particularly disappointing about taking it. If I had to mention something, maybe the price? Haha! - so********Oily SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 30, 2023
It has a pleasant milk flavor and the ingredients are pretty good I can't really say it's as effective for stress as its name suggests - ho*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 27, 2023
After taking it consistently for a few days, I definitely feel less on edge. I've been taking it regularly for three months because I love how it calms my mind. I felt the price was high compared to the amount you get. If it were available at a more reasonable price, I'd likely buy it regularly. - ju****Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 23, 2023
I've often found that the psychological effects combined with the benefits of theanine (improved sleep, stress relief, blood vessel dilation) help me fall asleep more comfortably when I take it. The daily recommended amount of theanine is 200-300mg, and this product contains 210mg per daily serving, so it seems to have an appropriate amount. Since it's not excessive, I feel good about taking it without worry. The price is also quite reasonable. The milk flavor might be hit or miss for some people. But I personally found it tasty. Be aware that theanine can have side effects like headaches and digestive issues, so be careful not to take too much. Also, it's not good to rely too heavily on supplements for sleep, so I'd recommend taking it in small amounts only when you're really struggling. Since theanine can interact with caffeine, I recommend limiting your caffeine intake when taking this supplement. - ni******Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 18, 2023
I've emptied a whole container that I bought with my own money... Maybe it's because I often drink coffee, but I used to have trouble falling into a deep sleep at night... constantly feeling tired. I've been taking vitamins regularly, but I realized they're useless if you can't get a good night's sleep... ugh. Not sleeping well made me irritable and gave me headaches. If I cut out caffeine for a day or two, I'd feel better, but then the cycle would start all over again. At first, I saw it on a Coupang hot deal. The product name 'Stress Care' really catches your eye, doesn't it? Haha! True to its purpose of helping those prone to anxiety, tension, and stress, it contains theanine and vitamins B and C. Theanine is a type of amino acid found in green tea. Apparently, it regulates neurotransmitters in the brain to increase alpha wave production. It's been recognized by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for its ability to help relieve tension caused by stress. 1. It helps relieve tension caused by stress. 2. You can take it easily without water thanks to the easy-cut packaging. 3. It's a powder type with a sweet and nutty flavor that's palatable for both men and women. 4. The price isn't burdensome. 5. It's small and portable. I only have a few packets left now... haha. I'm planning to stock up when it's on sale again. I highly recommend it! It's a bit too sweet for my taste... It's somewhat reminiscent of baby formula, so it might be an acquired taste. I didn't mind the nutty flavor though. The instructions say to take two packets a day, not just one. I take a multivitamin in the morning and Stress Care in the evening, which works perfectly for me. They often have promotions on social commerce sites. If you're going to take two packets a day, stock up during buy-one-get-one-free deals. The lowest price right now is 16,000 won for two containers.
