I've been taking these for about 5 months now. The best part? I can get just the Vitamin C and D I need most! While Vitamin B is good too, I've heard it might not be great for smokers, so I skip it. You need to take two a day, and honestly, if pills keep getting stuck, you're less likely to keep up with them. These are just the right size. Lastly, since Vitamin C is water-soluble, it's best to spread intake every 4-6 hours rather than all at once. Taking two pills a day, morning and night, works perfectly for this. As for results? To be honest, they're subtle. Modern lifestyles often lead to Vitamin D deficiency, so taking it regularly is beneficial. There were times when my schedule was hectic, and I think without these vitamins, I would've been really run down. The fact that I can still push through makes me think they're having some effect (or maybe it's just the placebo effect working its magic!). The dosage is slightly disappointing. I wish it was exactly double what it is now. I found this to be the most cost-effective option per tablet (considering only official retailers). The small size allows you to take two at once or split them up. With consistent use, your skin becomes clearer and your overall condition improves noticeably. Since it contains both C and D vitamins, you don't need to take them separately. This is just my personal preference, but I find it easier to take one larger pill.

The pills are small, making them easy to swallow. (They're so tiny, they're almost completely covered by a single-use artificial tear drop!) It's great that you can get both C and D in one pill. Since they're individually wrapped instead of in a bottle, they're perfect for when you forget to take one or when you're traveling. Admittedly, if the pill touches your tongue, you'll get a sudden burst of sourness. Since this product provides both C and D, if you add a B-complex supplement, you probably won't need any other vitamins.
