I knew I needed to take multivitamins, but large pills were always a struggle. These are so great because the tablets are small and easy to swallow! There's nothing to complain about. I'm taking one pill daily without any hassle.

Initially, I was drawn in by the trustworthy Yoo Jae-suk as the brand ambassador. But what really sold me was the small, easy-to-swallow pill version. Even in your 20s, I believe a multivitamin, milk thistle, and probiotics are essential. These are not only cost-effective, but when I checked the ingredients on the Pillwise app, they seemed pretty good. I've been using them consistently. There's not really anything to complain about! The only thing to note is that while the all-in-one version is one pill, this smaller version requires taking two pills. Remember, taking vitamins on an empty stomach can upset your tummy! I loved that I didn't need to worry about taking multiple supplements - just one does the job. Though it's a bit on the larger side. I wouldn't recommend this if you're looking for small supplements. I used to take the Korea Eundan All-in-One Vitamin, but these pills are significantly smaller, making them much easier to swallow. Taking two of these gives the same dosage as the previous ones. This is the main vitamin I've been taking lately! Personally, I think packaging is important, and I love how each pill is individually wrapped and easy to open. There are so many types of vitamins out there, and you can often find them on sale or at a good price. It's so convenient being an all-in-one product. I've been using it regularly and highly recommend it. Most Korea Eundan products have large pills, which makes them a bit difficult to swallow.
