1. The manufacturing company is Hanmi Pharmaceutical and the sales company is GNM. This product contains 300 mg of calcium, 150 mg of magnesium, 200 IU of vitamin D, 8.5 mg of zinc, and 0.9 mg of manganese in one tablet, and it can be taken for 3 months. 2. As a person diagnosed with osteoporosis, I take 2 tablets per day. 3. One bottle lasts about 1.5 months, and it has good cost-effectiveness. Among the supplements I've tried, this one has caused the least stomach issues, which I appreciate. 4. I usually purchase calcium supplements, especially from Olive Young. However, most of their calcium products contain 500 mg or less per tablet, so I would have to take 3 tablets of a 700 mg product, which is quite inconvenient. This product with 600 mg per tablet is a great alternative, as I only need to take one. 5. If you're looking for a high-potency, cost-effective calcium supplement, I highly recommend this product. I was looking for calcium supplements and found one that contains not only calcium, but also magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D - all four in one. I bought it because I can take just one pill a day, which is convenient.
Cons
The downside is that while it's just one pill per day, the pill is thick and large, making it difficult to swallow.
