(I'm already taking a 700mg supplement.) It's rare to find a single tablet with such high calcium and magnesium content plus vitamin D. 5. If you're looking for a high-potency, value-for-money option, I recommend taking two tablets of this supplement. For those in their 20s, taking one tablet daily is a great preventive measure for the future. 1. The tablets are slightly large, but that's typical for high-potency calcium supplements.
