I usually buy calcium supplements from Olive Young, where most options have 500mg or less calcium, requiring 3 tablets for a 600mg dose, which can be challenging. (I'm already taking a 700mg supplement.) It's rare to find a single tablet with such high calcium and magnesium content plus vitamin D. 5. If you're looking for a high-potency, value-for-money option, I recommend taking two tablets of this supplement. For those in their 20s, taking one tablet daily is a great preventive measure for the future. 1. The tablets are slightly large, but that's typical for high-potency calcium supplements. This size is quite manageable. 2. The scent is somewhat strong, but as an osteoporosis patient who has tried various calcium supplements, including prescription ones, I find this fragrance quite tolerable. GNM is a brand created by Hanmi Pharmaceutical, which inspires trust. I've been ordering from them lately and find their products quite effective. You might recognize that Hanmi Pharmaceutical also manufactures well-known brands like Green Monster and Nutriday.

It's great that I can take care of multiple needs with a single tablet, and I only need to take one a day. The downside is that even though it's just one pill a day, the tablet is quite thick and large, making it difficult to swallow.

Magnesium is essential for eye twitches! It also helps boost immunity! The pills are larger than expected, which can make them difficult to swallow. Great value for money! I bought this product with the same ingredients cheaper than others. While I haven't noticed any dramatic changes yet, I believe it's beneficial and continue taking it. The pills are on the larger side. It's convenient that calcium, magnesium, and zinc are all included, so I don't need to take them separately. There wasn't really anything disappointing about it. Great value for money and the ingredients seem good. The effects are also impressive. Honestly, I can't think of any specific downsides, but if I had to nitpick, the pill size is a bit large.
