It's uncommon to find supplements that combine probiotics with other ingredients, so I was pleased to see this one includes vitamin B and zinc in addition to the beneficial bacteria. The individual packaging makes it convenient to take on-the-go. The only downside is the price. With so many affordable and effective probiotic options available these days, it would be great if this one were a bit more budget-friendly.

I've been taking this product for about a year now. Compared to other biotics from Green Store, this one has added zinc and vitamin B, which makes me feel like I'm really taking care of my health. The formula comes as a purple powder, which is easy to pop into your mouth in one go. The taste is a pleasant, tangy blueberry flavor that's not off-putting at all, so you can enjoy it even without water. If I remember correctly, it was a bit pricier compared to other probiotics from Green Store. It's not too heavy to take first thing in the morning. I take one packet daily on an empty stomach before breakfast.
