I bought this out of curiosity, but I didn't notice any effects myself. However, when I gave it to my sister, she said she felt her skin becoming more firm and elastic. For those who don't usually take many supplements, adding this might be beneficial. I bought this for its antioxidant benefits and potential skin improvements. The seaweed-based ingredients went down smoothly without any side effects. Plus, it's budget-friendly! You need to take two capsules at a time, which is a bit inconvenient. I was struggling with adult acne and decided to buy this after hearing that spirulina is great for antioxidants and can help boost skin immunity I've only been taking it for a month, so I haven't noticed any significant changes yet While it contains vitamin D, the amount is less than the daily recommended intake, so you might want to supplement with additional sources

This is a supplement I'm still taking regularly. Initially, I started taking it for skin health, but I learned that spirulina is rich in protein and various nutrients. When choosing spirulina, I was hesitant, but I bought this product with confidence because it has GMP certification and is approved by the Food and Drug Administration. The price is also quite reasonable, and with 180 tablets, it's a generous amount. The only thing I really wish for is that they would make a smaller size with easier swallowing for children. It contains vitamin D as well. While I'm not sure about its skin health benefits, I do appreciate the affordable price. There's nothing to complain about. Even if I don't see results, the low price means I'm neither burdened nor disappointed.
