I'm taking breaks between doses this year as I feel it might not be good to consume it continuously.

It's great that it contains both lutein and omega-3, allowing you to take care of both at the same time.

The size is really too big. You need to drink a lot of water to swallow it! Also, I feel like it might be less effective than taking lutein and omega separately.

I love that I can get both lutein and omega in one go! The individual packaging also reduces the risk of spoilage.

The only challenge was choosing from the many lutein options in this line. Other than that, I'm satisfied.
