I love that I can get both lutein and omega in one go! The individual packaging also reduces the risk of spoilage. The size is really too big. You need to drink a lot of water to swallow it! This was my first lutein product. I think I received about 6 of them, but I couldn't find the ones I hadn't finished. So, I decided to try a different product this time. I was searching for Omega-3 supplements and stumbled upon this one on Coupang, which had the best price. Considering the cost, it was quite decent. After taking it, there was a strong fishy aftertaste. It wasn't unbearable though, so I managed to finish the entire box. Only recommended for those who can tolerate a fishy taste well.

It's incredibly affordable, making it easy to take regularly. I like that it contains other nutrients besides omega-3. Perhaps due to its low price, I'm not sure if it has any significant effects.

I've been taking it for two months now to take care of my eyes, especially since I use my phone a lot in dark places. I'm really satisfied because I've noticed a significant reduction in eye dryness and strain. The pills are quite large, probably due to the omega-3 content, so you need to be careful when swallowing them. It's fairly effective. I'd recommend taking it when your eyes feel a bit tired. If your eyes are so fatigued that they hurt, don't just take this - go see a doctor instead.
