I bought this recently because my eyes keep twitching. The results are not bad. The effects weren't bad, and I didn't really have any complaints.

I had been experiencing eye twitching for a while, and I heard magnesium could help. Since I often buy from this brand, I chose GNM. After taking it for about two weeks, the twitching disappeared... I can't say for certain whether the magnesium was effective or if the twitching just stopped on its own. I started taking this when I developed eye twitching in my right eye, and it disappeared after just 3 days! The pill size is just right. You get a good amount for the price, and most importantly, it significantly improved my eye twitching. Some people said the pills were big, but I'm satisfied with the size. The magnesium helps alleviate eye twitching, and the price is reasonable. It seems you need to take it consistently for best results, and the pills are a bit on the large side.

I started taking this because of muscle stiffness. I'm sure it would be effective if taken consistently, but I keep forgetting to take it. The price is reasonable, and there's nothing to complain about. It's just a shame that I forget to take it.
