The pill size is small, making it easy to swallow. The vitamin content is just right, perfect for daily consumption. Despite taking it for a long time, I'm not really sure about its effectiveness on fatigue. It's a bit uncomfortable when the distinctive taste comes up in my throat after swallowing. The pills have that typical medicinal smell.

Great value for the quantity, and I love that I can get my daily dose of vitamin B in just one pill! There's not really anything to complain about, except maybe the packaging looks a bit cheap.

I take a multivitamin daily, and on days when I'm feeling tired or drained, I supplement with a Vitamin B complex. While the multivitamin is certainly effective, the Vitamin B complex gives me a more noticeable boost. It seems that Vitamin B really helps a lot with energy levels! I didn't find any particular downsides. I can't say there's a noticeable effect, but I feel like something's off if I don't take it! The scent is awful... It's kind of nauseating, so I don't reach for it very often.
