This is a cost-effective omega-3 product, and I love that it comes in individual packets, making it super convenient to carry around. Each capsule is about the size of a knuckle on your finger.

I'm taking the whole capsule version! I bought this because I heard omega-3 is great for embracing those fatty friends blocking our blood vessels and helping flush them out together.
