I bought this because out of the three types of omega-3, RTG seemed the most reliable. I personally didn't notice any unpleasant smell, so it was fine for me. I recommend it.

This is a cost-effective omega-3 product, and I love that it comes in individual packets, making it super convenient to carry around. Each capsule is about the size of a knuckle on your finger. I chose this product after watching recommended videos, and I'm pleased that it has no fishy smell or strong scent. It's also easy to store. Despite being an RTG product, it's not overly expensive, making it quite affordable. The size is a bit larger than expected. It's even bigger than Solgar magnesium tablets... I'm taking the whole capsule version! I bought this because I heard omega-3 is great for embracing those fatty friends blocking our blood vessels and helping flush them out together. Apparently, once you start taking omega-3, you should keep at it for life... sigh. The best part is, unlike other omega-3 supplements that leave you with fishy burps, this one doesn't have that fishy smell. That's why I've been able to take it consistently. The capsules are a bit on the large side, which makes them somewhat uncomfortable to swallow. But what can you do? Gotta take them anyway.

The portion size is just right, which is great. It offers good value for money. There's no fishy smell. I started taking it for dry eyes and to boost my immune system. While there's no dramatic effect, I believe consistent use will be beneficial in the long run. The pills are a bit large, which can make you nervous before swallowing, but they do go down well enough. To be honest, I can't really feel the specific benefits of Omega-3, but I'm still taking it consistently! I like that it's affordable, and it doesn't contain a bunch of unnecessary ingredients. It's great that it only has Omega-3 and Vitamin D - since I don't get much sun exposure, it's convenient that I don't need to take Vitamin D separately. While I personally don't have issues swallowing pills of any size, it's worth noting that the capsules are quite large. This might be a concern for some people.
