It's like a budget-friendly, easy-to-take multivitamin! I feel like most vitamins are pretty similar, so I bought this affordable option while looking for a good deal. The quantity is generous, which is great! I'm already on my second purchase and still taking them. At my age, I think it's time to start taking vitamins, so I'm sticking with this wallet-friendly option. I can't really think of any downsides. If anything, I guess the variety of vitamins and minerals could be a bit more extensive. I take them after meals as a sort of palate cleanser. First off, they taste great! The chewable texture is perfect. I'm really thankful that I can get both multivitamins and minerals in one go. I've heard minerals are super important for our health. There's not really anything to complain about, but it would be even better if the price didn't go up. It's affordable, has a great vitamin composition, and is convenient to take without water. Regardless of its effectiveness, I personally find this type of chewable supplement a bit nauseating.

They're so tasty, it's like having a little treat after meals. I love that you get a generous amount at a reasonable price. While they're okay, I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't see significant results given how many I've taken.

I've been taking these for about a year, and I love that they're chewable tablets you can take without water! They do have a slight medicinal taste, but the strong orange flavor makes them quite palatable! Since they're chewable, they can get stuck between your teeth, especially molars. I'd recommend drinking a glass of water after taking them! These chewable tablets are super convenient to take
