I bought this as a gift for my niece, but she didn't want to eat it... Since I heard adults could take it too, I decided to try it myself. It's a banana-flavored product, but rather than tasting like banana milk, it's closer to banana-flavored snacks. However, being a supplement, it does have a slightly medicinal taste. The powder is so fine that it puffs up a bit when you open it, which seems ideal for children to consume. The taste might be quite divisive. I find it delicious! It seems to be a matter of personal taste, but I appreciate that it's made by Cheong Kwan Jang. I also like that each packet has its own expiration date. My kids don't like it, so I'm the one eating it. Personally, I find it tasty though! I take one packet in the morning, and in the evening, I take a lactic acid bacteria supplement.
