I bought this as a gift for my niece, but she didn't want to eat it... Since I heard adults could take it too, I decided to try it myself. It's a banana-flavored product, but rather than tasting like banana milk, it's closer to banana-flavored snacks. However, being a supplement, it does have a slightly medicinal taste. The powder is so fine that it puffs up a bit when you open it, which seems ideal for children to consume. The taste might be quite divisive. I find it delicious! It seems to be a matter of personal taste, but I appreciate that it's made by Cheong Kwan Jang. I also like that each packet has its own expiration date. My kids don't like it, so I'm the one eating it. Personally, I find it tasty though! The banana flavor with a hint of red ginseng made it easy to consume without any aversion. I also appreciated that the edges of the packaging weren't sharp. Unfortunately, it didn't have much effect on me. Even after taking it for about a year, I don't think I'll repurchase. First off, the unique banana flavor is surprisingly delightful. The quantity seems a bit small, but I suppose that's appropriate since it's meant for children, not adults like me. It tastes like milk, which is delicious! It's a product tailored for children, so it's convenient to use. I wish they would offer more flavor varieties. Children who are picky eaters tend to get bored quickly with the same taste.
