A convenient probiotic supplement you can easily take! I've tried yogurt and other dairy products for frequent constipation, but Lacto-Fit is the most convenient and best option as you can take it in one simple sachet. Sometimes I take it three times a day after meals, and other times just in the morning and evening. You can definitely notice the difference between days when you take it and days when you don't! There's never been a downside to Lacto-Fit. I feel uneasy when I don't have it at home. It's great to pack when traveling as it doesn't take up much space. Digestion issues can make trips difficult, but I always bring it along and enjoy comfortable bowel movements throughout my travels!

It tastes so delicious that even kids drink it without any fuss. While I don't have constipation, on rare occasions when I'm feeling under the weather, drinking this makes me feel refreshed. It's small, so it's convenient to carry around. The price seems a bit steep. I understand it's unavoidable with rising costs these days, but it feels like they've increased the price quite significantly.

But there's definitely a difference between taking it and not. When I do, my digestion noticeably improves! There's a reason it tastes so good. The ingredients list includes 'vegetable cream mixed powder (starch syrup, refined palm oil, concentrated milk protein powder, lecithin)'. I'm not an expert, but that doesn't sound particularly healthy. If it wasn't for the taste, was it really necessary to add these? They say it's best to take probiotics on an empty stomach. I pop one first thing in the morning when I wake up!

First off, I was really impressed by the generous 200-pack quantity. It's such great value! Plus, it's apparently the premium version of Lacto-fit, which my dad loves, so that gives me some extra confidence in it. Having to remember to take it three times a day is a bit of a hassle. You can enjoy probiotics like a sweet snack. It's easy to take and affordable. You'll also consume calories. It contains sugar and other ingredients besides probiotics.
