It's convenient to take just one pill a day. The capsules are small, making them easy to swallow. Unlike some supplements, these don't give you unpleasant breath. You can get them at a great price during sales. I haven't noticed any real benefits. This is a really cost-effective multivitamin that I've been taking consistently for quite a while. The balanced nutrient content makes it easy to take without any concerns. It turns brown when exposed to air for a long time. I transferred it to a pill container from D* to take to work, but it turned brown and I ended up throwing it away. There was no information about browning, which was surprising. If you store it well in the original container, it doesn't brown. Even if you put it in a dedicated container, you need to be careful about exposure to air or moisture. Since it's in a bulk container, even with time left before expiration and a tightly closed lid, it can still brown if left out for a long time. My whole family of five is taking this together now. It's become an essential item that none of us can do without! The only slight drawback I can think of is that the magnesium content is a bit low. Other than that, I have no complaints.

You can get your multivitamin fix affordably! I used to feel stuffed just from taking various vitamins, but now I only need to remember this one, which is so much better. The pills aren't too big, and they don't have a strong smell. I compared the content and types with other multivitamins before buying, and this one doesn't fall short! (Some more expensive ones were actually lacking in comparison) Since it's a daily supplement, I don't think excessive intake is necessary, so I chose this product. Magnesium is the only nutrient that doesn't meet the daily recommended amount. It might be a good idea to supplement magnesium separately!
