I've been taking these recently as a gift, and they seem pretty good. To be honest, you don't see dramatic improvements overnight, but I had been experiencing really blurry vision lately, and it seems to be getting better since I started taking them. I've heard it's not ideal to take supplements continuously, so I've been alternating between taking them and taking breaks. There's definitely a noticeable difference between when I'm taking them and when I'm not! There weren't any downsides. I received them as a gift so I didn't know the price, but they appear to be a good value for money!

It helps alleviate dry eye syndrome when taken regularly. While omega supplements didn't work for me, I found lutein to be quite effective. I switched to a different product after trying this one. It needs to be taken daily, but the price is quite steep.
