Unlike typical iron supplements that come in capsules you have to swallow, this product can be comfortably chewed, so it doesn't feel like taking medicine. Thanks to this, I can easily remember to take it regularly without any hassle. The taste is also great - it's not artificially sweet, but has a delicious plum flavor that I really enjoy. I haven't found any drawbacks yet. If I had to nitpick, maybe it's that the tablets quickly absorb moisture if you divide them into smaller portions? - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 21, 2023
It tastes amazing! It's like eating a sweet candy. I used to live on Tylenol due to severe migraines during my period because of heavy flow. On top of that, I had constipation, and when I took prescribed iron supplements, I'd only have a bowel movement once every three days. I started taking this product while searching for an iron supplement that wouldn't cause constipation. Since I began using it, my constipation hasn't worsened, and I can now manage without Tylenol. While it may not raise iron levels as effectively as prescription iron supplements, those looking for an iron supplement that doesn't cause constipation will likely be satisfied with this product! - 19*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 21, 2023
You don't need to drink extra water with it, and best of all, it has a refreshing taste without the typical fishy flavor of iron supplements! There's not a single thing to complain about! Personally, I'm extremely satisfied with this product! As someone with heavy menstrual flow, I tend to have severe PMS. When I'm feeling particularly tired or have headaches during or after my period, taking one of these seems to help alleviate the symptoms. - so******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 18, 2023
I ordered this product because I needed to take iron supplements during pregnancy and wanted something tasty! I heard other pregnant women were taking it, so I gave it a try. I'm happy to say it's like candy and really delicious! Unfortunately, the tablets are too large to fit in my pill case, which is a bit inconvenient. - dl********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 18, 2023
Being pregnant means I have to take a lot of medications, but these chewable tablets are great! They're easy to eat and have a natural plum flavor that's delicious! Since it's an iron supplement, it's almost inevitable that it causes constipation, unfortunately. - nd*****Combination SkinDark CirclesRecommendedApr 17, 2023
Convenience: Iron supplements come in various forms like liquid and capsules, but I found those difficult to take. That's why I settled on these chewables! Highly recommended for those who struggle with swallowing pills or taking liquid supplements. As a pregnant woman, I take two tablets daily, and they're effectively preventing iron deficiency. Taste: They have a delicious plum flavor without any medicinal taste. Unlike other supplements that claim to taste good but still have a hint of medicine when chewed, these are completely free of any medicinal flavor! The iron content is well-balanced, they're convenient to take, and easy to remember. Honestly, I can't think of any downsides! Advice for expectant mothers: Even if you're taking iron supplements, deficiency can develop over time. If you find other forms of iron difficult to take, don't skip them! I recommend sticking with these chewables and taking them consistently. - gk**********Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedApr 10, 2023
I've been struggling with anemia and was searching for an iron supplement. I found this one that's reasonably priced and tastes great, so I've been taking it consistently. It's in a chewable form, so I highly recommend it for those who have trouble swallowing pills! The flavor is delightfully tangy and sweet. I haven't experienced any downsides yet. The recommended dosage is one tablet per day, but if you have severe anemia or you're pregnant, you should take two.
