As we age, it's crucial to consistently take lutein supplements. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my vision clarity. I can't think of any downsides. It's quite affordable for the quality you get.

I took these for about 3 months after a test showed my lutein levels were extremely low. They're tasteless and small, making them easy to swallow. However, I didn't notice any significant effects. The ingredients seem to be of good quality for the price. I think it could be quite beneficial for eye health if taken consistently. It's so convenient to take just one pill a day! I love that it contains both vitamins and minerals. I haven't found any downsides yet. The price seems reasonable too.
