  Pros

  I definitely feel less eye dryness. The size of the capsules isn't overwhelming either.

  Cons

  It's great except for the fact that you need to portion it out separately when you want to take it outside.

  Tip

  The pill size is just right, making it easy to take along with other supplements in one go.

  Pros

  After getting contact lenses, I was incredibly satisfied, but at night my eyes felt dry and I experienced severe glare, making it uncomfortable to watch TV or use my phone. However, after taking lutein, the dryness has significantly decreased!

  Cons

  There's nothing particularly disappointing to mention! I'll continue taking it consistently for eye dryness and overall eye care.

  Tip

  If you have dry eyes or have had lens implant surgery, LASIK, or LASEK like me, you should definitely try lutein! There's a noticeable difference between taking it and not taking it.
