I've been taking these for my eye health for several months now. I love that they contain not just lutein, but also vitamins B, A, E, and zinc. The pills are small, making them easy to swallow. While the dosage might not be the highest out there, I feel this actually makes it a great product for consistent, long-term use without being excessive. There weren't any particular downsides to mention. Overall, it's a solid, reliable product. You can take lutein and zeaxanthin together in this supplement. It also contains some vitamins. The pill size is small, making it easy to swallow. The zeaxanthin content is only about 1.8mg... It seems to be a bit lower compared to other products on the market.

I definitely feel less eye dryness. The size of the capsules isn't overwhelming either. It's great except for the fact that you need to portion it out separately when you want to take it outside. After getting contact lenses, I was incredibly satisfied, but at night my eyes felt dry and I experienced severe glare, making it uncomfortable to watch TV or use my phone. However, after taking lutein, the dryness has significantly decreased! There's nothing particularly disappointing to mention! I'll continue taking it consistently for eye dryness and overall eye care. If you have dry eyes or have had lens implant surgery, LASIK, or LASEK like me, you should definitely try lutein!
