These are convenient to take since they're in pill form and use vegetable capsules. The price is affordable too. Since gut environments differ, it's said that probiotics tailored for Koreans work better for us than those designed for foreigners in terms of colonization. Hmm... There's not really anything disappointing. I stopped taking them midway because they seemed to have gone bad, possibly due to the summer heat. I didn't experience any symptoms like diarrhea or constipation while taking these. With powder products, you can see effects but sometimes they cause diarrhea... Personally, I prefer powder products, but if you find those difficult to take, pills are definitely more convenient. They also have an extra protective layer, which supposedly helps more of the probiotics survive.
