  I feel like there's a psychological effect, you know? The day after taking it, I feel a bit more energized. I tend to get stressed easily over small things and don't have a regular schedule, so I'm quite sensitive. I thought there must be some nutrients I'm not getting from my diet alone, so I bought this with my own money during the G-Market Big Sale. It feels like money well spent!

  Cons

  Given the wide variety of ingredients, I wish they would emphasize more what makes them special compared to other companies. It would be nice to have clearer guidance on that.
