As someone who struggles with severe PMS (constipation, bloating especially in the belly and chest, muscle pain-like body aches, lower abdominal pain), I noticed a difference after taking Violology. When my period started, I thought, 'Huh? My body feels less uncomfortable before my period this time!' It seems Violology really helped! The bloating was significantly reduced, and while there was still some lower abdominal pain, it wasn't severe enough to make me get up frequently or feel sharp, stabbing pains. Overall, the symptoms were milder, which was great. My constipation remained the same (I think probiotics helped with that), but personally, I'm satisfied with the improvement I've seen! I've heard that gamma-linolenic acid is effective for PMS, and since Violology contains it, I think that's why I saw such good results. The purple color of the supplement is also pretty. The recommended dosage is 2 pills per day, but I've been consistently taking just one pill daily! Since the recommended dosage is 2 pills, you could try that and see if 1 pill works well for you. If not, you can always take 2. It's best to adjust based on what works for your body. There's nothing particularly negative, but if I had to pick something, I'd say that if you take two pills, you'll run out quickly. It would be nice if the price was a bit more affordable. I take it every morning along with choline inositol and CoQ10! - id******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedSep 28, 2023
I used to see great results with borage oil from iHerb, but I found out that the gelatin used in that product isn't approved in Korea. That made me uneasy, so I tried some domestic brands afterwards, but they weren't effective. Now I'm giving it another shot. I bought 5 bottles during the Nego King promotion. I really hope they work! - kd****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 7, 2023
I tried these because they're said to help with menstrual cramps and promote bone health. While the small size of the pills made them easy to swallow, it would have been better if they were individually packaged. - ju****Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 30, 2023
Foodology Violaology This is a health supplement certified by the Food and Drug Administration to alleviate premenstrual discomfort and improve skin conditions caused by hypersensitivity. It contains gamma-linolenic acid, vitamin E, and vitamin D. The fact that it was designed by a female pharmacist adds to its credibility. The 100% plant-based capsules, extracted from seaweed, are said to be easily absorbed and digested by the body. The pills are small and soft, making them incredibly easy to swallow. As someone who experiences severe mood swings and menstrual cramps, I find that taking this supplement calms everything down as if nothing ever happened. This product works so well for me that it's become a must-have, so I don't really have any complaints or drawbacks to mention. - ur******Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 20, 2023
I bought this because of severe menstrual cramps. Fortunately, I didn't experience any side effects. So far, I haven't noticed any significant pain relief... Nevertheless, I'm continuing to take it consistently.
