The powder has an Earl Grey-like flavor, which is right up my alley, so I had no qualms about enjoying it deliciously. It's meant to be mixed with water, but I just poured it straight into my mouth and let it dissolve - the taste was that good. Haha. Of course, I made sure to drink plenty of water afterwards. Anyway, I don't know if it's thanks to this supplement, but I had been stuck at 50kg for about a month and a half, and then...!!!!! I dropped down to 49.7kg! I had been feeling a bit fatigued and had been indulging in some flour-based foods, so I wasn't really expecting much. But after taking this, the weight just came off - I really felt the sisu effect! I'm going to keep taking it consistently until I reach 48kg.
