First off, the packaging is adorably cute! It's so convenient to carry around. I chose this Biotin Plus because it contains biotin, which is one of the essential vitamins. My boyfriend also decided to try it due to his hair thinning concerns. You need to take two small pills daily, and they're easy to swallow with no unpleasant smell. There are 60 tablets in the bottle. If you're looking for a product that combines Vitamin C and biotin, give this a try! It also contains pantothenic acid, which is a nice bonus. I love that it seems to be composed of just the essential ingredients. Even in winter, my skin feels less dry and my hair seems stronger after taking it. The downside is that the vitamin C content is quite low.

I didn't notice much difference at first, but after taking it consistently for about 2 months, I feel like my hair texture has really improved! I've seen positive results on my nails. They used to break easily, but now they're becoming stronger. Not sure about the effects on my hair though. After about a month, I started noticing new hair growth. Plus, my previously thin and weak hair has become stronger and more resilient. There's nothing I dislike about it. The only slight drawback was that the price was a bit on the higher side. Consistency is key - you need to take it regularly for best results.
