I like that it's not too pricey compared to other products! I'm taking breaks between uses this year as I feel it might not be good to consume continuously.

After watching a recommended video about Omega-3, I switched to this product from my previous one due to its great value and beneficial ingredients! It's definitely a cost-effective option, and as an RTG product with content above the standard level, I'm quite satisfied. It's a bit disappointing that you need to take two pills a day. There was absolutely no strange smell. It was clean and ranks in the top 3 omega-3 supplements I've tried. The downside is that it doesn't have a long shelf life. I bought it on Coupang, and the expiration date was quite short...

I made sure to include omega in my diet, so I decided to try this product. The value for money is pretty good. Due to the nature of omega supplements, the pills are large and have a distinct smell. Other than that, no drawbacks.
