  Pros

  I purchased a 4-month supply and have finished taking them, with only 3 pills left. Unlike some poorly chosen supplements that can have an unpleasant odor, these were odorless. The pill size was not too large and just right, making them easy to swallow. It's convenient that you can take lutein and zeaxanthin in one dose.

  Cons

  I started taking these because my eyes became extremely dry from frequently using computers and phones at my office job after turning 30. However, I didn't notice any significant effects as I had hoped. I've taken them for 4 months, but I think I'll need to see the results after discontinuing the supplement.

  Tip

  For individually packaged supplements, I sometimes forget if I've taken them for the day. I found that writing the date on the package helps me remember to take them consistently!
