I started taking lutein supplements since they've become popular lately. My eyes, which used to be quite dry, seem to feel a bit less parched now. The pills aren't too large, so they're easy to swallow. I can't say there's anything particularly disappointing about this product. While I haven't noticed any dramatic improvements, I still think it's worth incorporating into my daily routine.

This product allows you to take in both lutein and zeaxanthin at once! The pill size is just right, making it easy to swallow without any fuss. As I've gotten older, my eyes have become increasingly blurry and dry, causing discomfort. I've been taking these supplements for over six months now. Previously, my eyes would get especially blurry and dry in the evenings, requiring artificial tears and warm compresses. However, after about 2-3 months of taking this supplement, those symptoms have significantly improved. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing or inconvenient about this product. The pill size was also quite manageable.
