I've tried various omega-3 supplements, but this is one of the largest. The pills are particularly long, so if you try to swallow them with other tablets, they sometimes get stuck in your throat. It's best to take them on their own.

Coming from Desimon, this product instills more confidence. With its Aquacell technology that micronizes the particles, it seems like it would absorb better. I appreciated that there was no fishy aftertaste after taking it.
