Coming from Desimon, this product instills more confidence. With its Aquacell technology that micronizes the particles, it seems like it would absorb better. I appreciated that there was no fishy aftertaste after taking it. I've tried various omega-3 supplements, but this is one of the largest. The pills are particularly long, so if you try to swallow them with other tablets, they sometimes get stuck in your throat. It's best to take them on their own.

It's convenient not having to take two separate supplements. Plus, they're easy to swallow and don't have any fishy aftertaste. The recommended dose is actually two capsules per day, not one, and a month's supply costs around $120 at regular price, which makes it quite expensive for long-term use. While the two-capsule serving contains only a small amount of Vitamin D (10μg), it does provide nearly the daily recommended amount of Vitamin E (11mg). If you're already taking a multivitamin, be careful not to exceed the recommended dosage.
